During the consultation I will ask in detail about the current problem as well as past medical history, any medication that you take, that may be prescribed or over the counter as well as any vitamins, minerals or alternative products.

Diet, family history and lifestyle will be discussed, then I shall enquire about every system of the body.

Usually I would then take the blood pressure or carry out any appropriate investigations. During an on-line consultation this is not possible, but via webcam I can observe physical signs.

On-line consultations take about one hour for the initial consultation, follow ups take between 15 - 30 minutes.

After considering all the information I gathered I will then make up a prescription consisting between 5 and 10 different herbs. These are administered in tincture form and are mixed together, so no matter how many herbs I decide would be appropriate, it will always be roughly 100ml per week. These tinctures are based in alcohol, so please let me know if this would be a problem.
